Relay Max brings every Mondial Relay service into PrestaShop: relay points and home delivery at checkout, labels printed from the back office, and tracking that updates your orders on its own. It works alongside marketplace modules, so a Fnac order can leave with a Mondial Relay label.

Delivery options

  • Relay points: standard 24R, XL 24L and XXL 24X
  • Drive pickup (DRI)
  • Home delivery up to 70 kg with appointment, one person (LD1)
  • Home delivery up to 130 kg with appointment, two people (LDS)
  • Home delivery without appointment (HOM)
  • Home delivery in Spain (HOC, HOD)
  • Additional insurance, levels N1 to N5

Checkout

  • Relay points on an interactive map, with opening hours and holidays, or as a simple list
  • Compatible with PrestaShop one-page checkout
  • Designed for mobile and tablet

Labels and tracking

  • Labels in A4, A5 or 10×15
  • All labels printed at once, in a single file
  • Order status changes automatically, with an optional email to the customer
  • Tracking updates order status
  • Tracking shown to your customer
  • Works with marketplace modules
  • Dual Carrier API through the Mondial Relay Dual Carrier extension
